Ski Committee of Savoie – General Assembly
October 7, 2025 – 100 participants
The Savoie Ski Committee gathered station directors, members, and sponsors for its annual General Assembly in our Auditorium.
A meticulous coordination was put in place: parking management, participant reception, and verification of all technical equipment (microphones, sound, stage lighting) 48 hours before the event. On the day, our team handled the technical calibration, stage assistance, and the organization of the closing cocktail in our adjoining catering area.

Le Grand Bivouac – Festival Opening Night
October 13, 2025 – 360 participants
For its 2025 edition, the famous travel and world cultures festival launched its program at the Base Camp Lodge Auditorium.
An exceptional evening featuring the opening film screening, a VIP cocktail gathering 45 sponsors and officials, and the full coordination of public reception.
Thanks to our proximity to the restaurant and hotel, guests were able to extend the Base Camp Lodge experience with dinner before the screening.

Lumiplan – Presentation of the New Strategy
October 9, 2025 – 60 participants
The Albertville-based company Lumiplan chose the Auditorium to unveil its new national strategy to employees from across France.
A half-day plenary session was followed by a seated meal at the restaurant and workshop sessions in our seminar rooms. Some participants also stayed overnight, enjoying comfortable accommodation and the immediate proximity of the meeting spaces.
